Lucky Aussie Penny

The Australian penny was first introduced in 1911 and stopped being minted in 1964. I purchased this penny at a street fair on George Street in the Rocks area of Sydney. I decided to make it a travel bug and share it with cachers around the world. I hope it brings you good luck.

Yay!!! I found it!!! Funny thing, because I didn't grab it from a cache. When I entered my highschool orchestra class, it was sitting there on the whiteboard. Apparently who ever brought it, found it and didn't know what it was. Darn muggles. Unfortuantely, the penny is no longer attached, and the lamenated note looks to have a lot of water damage. Will try to pass it on!
