Had a chance to get it closer to NZL, but it doesn't seem to be in 19e-afdva any more.

The found-logs of the cache regarding the last two finders of the trackable:

On [Found it] May 21 by Matrjoschka reported that the Lego worker wasn't sitting in the cache any more.

To get it alive again, it might be an idea to contact the finders on and in between the respective dates. Tedious work, but a 70% chance it gets alive again: either somebody will drop it off anonymously or with a nice 'n neat log.
