Current Goal

I represent Pack 863 in the Sweetwater District in the San Diego - Imperial Council, Boy Scouts of America and I was in a race with other pinewood derby cars from all over to make it to the National Scout Jamboree that was held at Fort A. P. Hill, Virginia from July 26 to August 4, 2010.  I did not make it to the Jamboree but I did make it to Virginia and 218.3mi from the pit stop for the Jamboree.  Since the Jamboree is now over I have a new mission . . . . . . I want to go to Boston, Florida, Utah (Zion National Park), then back to San Diego, California.  Please help me along the way.  Find out more about scouting in the San Diego - Imperial Council by visiting http://www.sdicbsa.org and you can get involved with Scouting where you live by visiting http://www.Scouting.org.

I discovered a list of racers with another car. Hope it was as fun as actually racing them. Thank you for sending this one out into the world.

Just a note to let the owner of this Travel Bug know that I did NOT find it in "The I-40 TB Truckstop" (GC1FREH) today. Here's hoping that it shows up again!

Finding this thing really took me back in time...

I've found quite a few Scouting TB's and coins out there.

Good luck and cache on!

I retrieved after finding the cache in the dark. I didnt read the goal and now have the car in South Carolina. However, there are only 3 more days of the Jamboree. I know because my son is there. We always enjoy finding Boy Scout related TBs and caches since scouting is what introduced us to Geocaching. This TB made it pretty close to the jamboree site.
