Crake coin from 2009.
The coin is inspired by the geometric patterns found on jars etc. with the Mimbers Indians who lived in the southwestern United States around the year 1000-1150, i.e. at the same time as the Viking Age in Europe.
One side has two distinct fish, surrounded by other symbols, while the symbols on the other side are less obvious - maybe fish heads?
Medium coin of 1.75" = 44.5 mm. The coin is available in a bronze version (without colors) and in the black nickel version. This is the bronze version.
It was purchased from Geocoin.dk.

we leave you in a travelbug hotel in france today. we hope someone will come soon to take it on another adventure. unfortunately the cache is found on average once a month. so hope it doesn't stay too long. but taking it back to the Netherlands was not a good option. so leave it in a cache that is sometimes visited. we hope you can appreciate it. thanks for sharing the travel bug.
