While looking through the logs of The Lost Wolverine, I found a log by "zestar" dated May 16th, 2010 saying that he had taken the Sock TB. Maybe if you contact him, you can figure out where it is.

Sorry to report your traveler is missing from the cache listed. Could the owner please mark it as missing to remove the icon from the cache page so that others are not disappointed that it's missing? This does not affect the ability to log it should it one day be found in someones caching bag. Thanks!

So I did my duty with this TB and even though I found it within minutes of the Pacific Ocean, I managed to take it west. :-) From W 117° 14.030 to W 118° 10.291, whatever that translates into in miles. I also added a note inside saying where and when it was released so no one will have the same confusion I did when I picked it up. Good luck!

my bad. I didn't realize this sock was spun on the Pacific Ocean asking to go even further West. I figured it had already reached it's goal and I was going to take it to the Atlantic to start over. 8-} I will drop it somewhere in the vicinity and hope someone going across the Great Waters will find it. To compensate for my error, I will put a note in it saying when and where it was first released so no one else makes my mistake. :-)
