I picked up this fine Geocoin at the Pigs in Space cache event. I was struck by its great beauty!!!!

I belong to the Venice Gondoliers Barbershop Chorus in Venice Florida, tonight I will bring it to the practice session to show the guys. For all of the rest of the world, the Joker's Wild is a GREAT Barbershop Quartet well known to our community. Below is a quick partial write-up.

Joker's Wild is a world champion barbershop quartet formed in 1990 by Dave Kindinger and Mark Green from Columbus, Ohio, and Steve Legters and Stephen Iannacchione from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Coached by Lance Heilmann, after winning the Johnny Appleseed District of the SPEBSQSA competition that fall, they went on to the SPEBSQSA's International contests, earning 10th place, 5th, 2nd, and finally the International Championship in Pittsburgh in 1994.

After showing the Chorus tonight, I will find it a nice home in the next few days.
