MISSION ACCOMPLISHED - Thank you to Peaches19 for the photos! ...Special thanks to 007 and the PI for taking him around the world a couple of times and to all who have carried him in their luggage....over 55,000 miles to date. The goal of this bug was to travel from Westfield, Indiana, USA to Stuttgart, Germany for a photo in front of the Mercedes headquarters. Mission was accomplished in August 2013.
MISSION TWO: This star was originally on a 1970's era car with over 100,000 miles that came to its demise by another driver that was not so careful. Since acccomplishing his first mission to get to Germany and be photographed in front of his birthplace, his current mission is to gather as many miles as he would have gathered on the original car.....250,000! He is currently in Europe so let's have him visit every country on the continent. Thank you in advance for your careful carrying of this treasured memento. Along the way take photos of this travel bug with your own Star Car and/or dealerships along the way.
