Stray would like to see this lucky coin visit as many caches in as many states as possible!
Help it along as much as you can. It is ok to hold on to the coin for a few days if you know you'll be making a visit to another state shortly, but try to keep the coin moving. Any pictures of your find that you would like to share would be greatly appreciated.
Good Hunting and Good Luck!
(This trackable is not a collectible, so please keep it moving from cache to cache.)
This coin is a proxy! It is a 'stunt coin' meant to replace the original coin which has not been active in several years. We are assuming the original is lost. It's quite disappointing to put out an amazing geocoin, only to have it vanish before it's gone very far. I'm hoping this proxy can rack up the cache count that I wish the first coin had managed.
The coin itself is the size of a standard geocoin (around 2"), black, with silver design. It has a skull and crossbones on it and says "Stunt Coin" -- please log it at the cache where you found it and move it on as quickly as you can to the next cache! We'd love to see it rack up as many cache jumps as possible.
If you're curious, here is the description for the original coin that this proxy is replacing: I couldn't resist this 2" coin when I found it online. I like celtic knots almost as much as I like dragons! The celtic knots remind me of a trip to Ireland I had the pleasure of taking many years ago. In fact, the bright colors and solid weight of this coin make me smile every time I pick it up. I thought I'd send this coin out on a mission so other people could enjoy it as well.
From the Coins and Pins website where I purchased it:
"We hope this geocoin will bring luck to your geocaching adventures. Each of the four leafs of this Celtic design have their own representation: hope, faith, love, and luck. The clockwise spirals are for good luck, and the counter-clockwise symbols are for harmony with nature. The translucent colors add depth to the design."
