[CZ] Kdysi jsem býval pánem hradu poblíž královského města Plzně. Můj hrad ale postihla pohroma v podobě bandy loupežníků, kteří ho přepadli, vydrancovali a do základů zničili. Po této tragické události, kdy mi nezbylo nic než holý život, jsem oblékl mnišské roucho a začal jsem putovat světem. Při svém putování obdivuji krásu budov různých dob a architektonických slohů. Pravidelně se chodím modlit do kostelů nebo klášterů. Když mě nohy zavedou do větších měst, chodím studovat do knihoven a muzeí, po bádání procházím městem, kde mě vždy ohromí monumentálnost katedrál, divadel, radnic nebo i mostů. V dnešní době je už pro mě ve větších městech příliš rušno, proto z nich po krátké návštěvě prchám do klidnějších krajů. Cestou rád navštívím místní pivovary, kde se mohu posilnit na cestu. Putuji krajinou do zámků plných zrcadel, baldachýnů, soch a loveckých trofejí nebo stoupám do prudkých zalesněných kopců, na nichž stojí kamenné, tajuplné hrady. Zde mě tíží vzpomínky na ten, který býval mým domovem, ale s každým dalším, který navštívím je můj smutek menší, protože moje mysl je naplňována radostí z poznání nových míst, budov
a laskavých lidí. Proto putuji neustále dál…

[EN] I used to be lord of the castle near the royal city of Pilsen. My castle was striked by a disaster struck in the form of a band of robbers who had attacked, pillaged and destroyed the castle to the ground. After this tragic event I had nothing left but bare life. I put on a monk's robe and began to wander the world. During this travels I admire the beauty of the buildings of different eras and architectural styles. I go regularly to pray in churches or monasteries. When I will get into the larger cities, I go to study in the libraries and museums. I regularly walk the city after and I always get impressesed by the monumental cathedrals, theaters, town halls or bridges. Nowadays the bigger cities are too busy for me, so after a brief visit I continue to countryside. I usually visit local breweries on the way, where I can get strengthen for the road. I like to visit the countryside castles full of mirrors, canopies, statues and hunting trophies or I climb the steep wooded hills on which stands the stone, mysterious castles. Here weighing on my mind memories of the one who used to be my home but with each other, which I visit my sadness is smaller because my mind is filled with the joy of discovering new places, buildings and friendly people. Therefore I constantly wander away...
