We grabbed this from Ark 2 at Nose Hill Park Calgary. All that the TB is, is a small model car with a chain and piece of paper attached with number. We will move this to the Vancouver area around March 19th or that week when we go. I will see if I have time to make the serial tag a bit more sturdy. Assuming this is ok with the owner?
