The mission of the silver bullet is to visit creepy, eerie, and haunted places and caches and return as often as possible to the Beast of Big Island (GC1RGWB). As you explore, please post descriptions related to your experiences which made the hair on your neck raise and adrenaline pump through your veins. And if possible, please include a photo of yourself near the creepy caches and places you visit along the way. The scarier and creepier the photo, the better. So, do your best to scare yourself and those with you. I love me some fear. Get some!
The silver bullet is a trackable dedicated to the memory of the three adrous attempts I endeavored to tame the Beast of Big Island. The adventure began in August 2012 and was finally completed June 2013. The rumors of there being a werewolf in those woods - and a hungry werewolf at that - are true. I survived each attempt to locate the cache on Big Island but only barely due to the stalking beast. I believe the silver bullet protected my mortal flesh. After finally subduing and conquering the Beast, I placed the silver bullet in the cache there in the hopes it might help the next brave soul to escape the cluches of the monster. We shall see...
