This is a Pembrokeshire Coast Path National Trail Geo-coin. The main mission for this coin is to travel the National Trails of England and Wales via geocaches along the way.

However the coin will try to escape its fate and may travel the world’s geocaches telling tales of the amazing Pembrokeshire Coast Path. http://nt.pcnpa.org    Visiting National Trails and other premier walking routes where possible.  Please take photos of the beautiful coast and countryside when you pick up and drop off the geocoin and post them on this coins web page.

About This Item

Sea Pinks approaching Ramsey Sound

National Trails are the premiere routes (mostly walking) in the UK waymarked by the acorn logo in England and Wales, a thistle logo in Scotland (still called Long Distance Routes).

There are 15 National Trails in England and Wales, all of which provide outstanding opportunities to enjoy some of the very best landscapes in our country.
They are perfect trails for walking, and on some trails for cycling and horse-riding.
You can enjoy travelling the full length of any of our National Trails, or even just spend a couple of hours. Whichever, we expect you will have a brilliant time!

This geocoin given to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path National Trail by Natural England
The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is Britain’s only coastal National Park, designated because of its outstanding coastline. Pembrokeshire has fine examples of every maritime landform found in Britain with the exception of those associated with chalk. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path National Trail is THE way to experience the Pembrokeshire coastline. The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority manages the Pembrokeshire Coast Path National Trail.

The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is also part of the Wales Coast Path www.walescoastpath.gov.uk and the International Appalachian Trail www.iat-sia.org
