Congrats on finding this trackable that started here in Mississauga, ON (Canada). My wish is not for this TB to travel a certain distance (that'd still be great), but for each person that finds it to ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTION... Please and thank you!
"What do you do to de-stress?"
As mentioned above, the goal for this TB is to have the finder answer the question, "what do you do to de-stress?" WHY?! Everyone has stress and I have severe anxiety. I hope that the tips each person shares will not only help others who may not know how to cope with stress / mental illness, but to also raise awareness! I know in my town there are HUGE waiting lists for supports. Thanks so much! xx
PS The dog pictured is my service dog, Koby, that helps me to de-stress.

Geocaching is absolutely a nice way for us to destress. Because it gets us outside in nature. we love to walk.
but also exercise, yoga and mindfulness are ways for me to destress
