Deutsch:

English:

Hashimoto- thyroiditis is one of the most common autoimmune diseases of human beings and causes  e.g. hypothyroidism. Hashimoto-thyroiditis can´t be cured, but usually well treatable.

The Disease is named after the Japanese physician Hakaru Hashimoto (1881−1934) of the medical school at Kyushu University, who first described the symptoms.
