George is on a mission to pass through as many caches as possible until May 23, 2015.  To complete his journey, he must be logged into and present at GeoWoodstock XIII at Boonsboro, Maryland on May 23, 2015.  If...if George passes through the most caches (of some 20 or so other canines in this Race), his owner (that's me Snurt) will reap huge coup.

SO....to get a LEG UP here, if you grab this traveler, alert all your geocaching friends in your community, then have them share in the fun of moving George Jones from one cache to the next.  Good stewards all, be sure to log George faithfully in and out as per usual.  Note:  Discovering George is ok, but discovery doesn't count toward the final coup.

Discovered this trackable at the monthly TOGA Meet & Greet in Wichita Falls, Texas on August 19, 2023. This was our 44th day this summer we have temperatures over 100-degrees and the third straight day of record setting temps. Glad to be caching indoors for today's discovery. Thanks for sharing.
