Andy's Vinny the Vampire Trackable

Initially, to get to a geocaching event on August 20, 2016, International Geocaching Day, in order to finish my entry in the HQ Duck Dash!! 

After that, it becomes a race between 6 family members to see how far our Duck Dash TBs can go each year.

Please post pictures when you find Vinnie, feel free to add hitchhikers to accompany him on him travels, and help him beat Geo-Wifey's Aimee's Amore the Teddy Bear, Geo-Mother-in-Law's Cathy's Mariah the Jackalope, Geo-Father-in-Law's Dave's CITO Leaf Mini, Geo-Brother-in-Law's Gary's Bonobo the Monkey, and Geo-Sister-in-Law's Ginee's Pezoo the Polar Bear each year!!

RE-RELEASED AGAIN AS A PROXY ON 3/21/22 AFTER DISAPPEARING IN A STOLEN GEOCACHING BACKPACK .  IT HAD ONLY TRAVELED ABOUT 890 MILES BEFORE IT DISAPPEARED IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS, AFTER BEING RESCUED FROM A CACHE JUST 3 MONTHS BEFORE WHERE IT HAD SAT FOR OVER 2 YEARS!!

RE-RELEASED AS A PROXY ON 9/25/19 AFTER MISSING FOR OVER 3 YEARS.  IT HAD ONLY TRAVELED ABOUT 390 MILES BEFORE IT DISAPPEARED IN SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA!!

After months of rest in their cobwebbed hideaways, monsters and zombies are back on the prowl and ready for Halloween. Vinny the Vampire loves to cache at night, where you can often find him caching with his monster pals.

Vinny was initially set free by Andy Swanson in a cache in Big Sky, MT, who wants to see him win the 2016 Geocache HQ Duck Dash, and then see him travel from cache to cache finding all kinds of games and toys in caches. 

He is made of aluminum, measures just under 2", so he should fit nicely in small canisters.  He also comes with a 3.5" chain for attaching to your favorite hitchhiker.
