Arrrggghhh... thank goodness you've discovered me! I was stolen from my original owner and planted in a plant pot in a greenhouse full of weird and wonderful plants. Next thing I knew I was clipped by gloved hands, and a metal chain and silver tag were attached to me! I then found myself inside a small Tupperware pot... waiting to be found!

Gelsemium

Devil's Foot Root is also known as Gelsemium which results in 'freezing, loss of muscular control, and paralysis... before death. Only a very experienced gardener could know about the danger of this rare plant.

It featured in Arthur Conan-Doyle's 'Adventure of the Devil's Foot' - deduced by Sherlock Holmes as the cause of death.
