Orca

The Orca Whale ( Killer Whale ) in this area lives in Puget Sound and around the Straight between the San Juan Islands and Vancouver Island.( Haro Straight). the best place I know in the area to see Orca's is at Lime Kiln Pt. On San Juan Island. It is a trip well worth it. Check various websites find out when the Orcas are in the area. There are also Whale watching tours you can take out of Friday Harbor.  I have done it a few times and stay on the Island.
