About This Item

A Bunch of Croc

The 2006 film Idiocracy featured Crocs as part of the costume department. During the 2004 production of Idiocracy, the film's costume department had a limited budget, and Crocs were chosen because they were inexpensive and thought to look like futuristic shoes. These foam rubber shoes were redesigned and relaunched in 2005 with the campaign "Ugly Can Be Beautiful".

Crocs can offer short-term comfort and convenience, they are generally not recommended for long-term or high-impact activities due to their lack of arch support and heel stability, potentially leading to foot pain and other issues. Beware!!!
