Home is where cockroaches are.  So maybe Traveling Bug 2 is a TO of CITO reminder - if every cacher nabs 5 pieces of trash at or around each cache site, pretty soon there won't be anything for Traveling Bugs 1 or 2 to munch on and sites will look nice.
