Current Goal

I have traveled across the United States a couple of times.  I have spend a number of summers in the Appalachia and I spent a summer recently in Alaska after living their as a child.  I have lived and been sent all over the world but the place the stands out most in my mind is when I crossed the Continental Divide.  It was not the most difficult cycling I had ever done but it was tough.  It was however some of the most incredibly beautiful.  I plan to go back.  Perhaps this bug can beat me there.  If not perhaps it can bounce around and at least not get lost, and collect some pictures on the way.

    I was at the 2024 Oklahoma CacheFest in Norman, Oklahoma. What a wonderful experience to meet so many wonderful cachers from across the country! I met two dogs, dozens of humans, all kinds of trackables and car trackables coming and going from the event. Safe travels to everyone!

    This was a lot of fun. It's pinball type of cache if you know what I mean. But first, you have to complete a quick online jigsaw puzzle to get the real cords to find the actual location. On to the next!

    Sadly I forgot to get any photos of the "cast". The hosts always do such a GREAT job with these interactive Adventure Labs. This year's was based on the movie A Night At The Museum. You had to go up to the "come to life" museum people, and pieces, and get the information you need to answer the questions. The photo is just showing part of the crowd for tonight.

    What an AMAZING cache! A lot of time spent putting this together. So many cool parts to this. I would LOVE to show the inside but, I don't want to give anything away. I volunteered here today at the cache and had a great time!!! This is a MUST DO cache. Even if you are a few hours away or on trip...it's worth a couple of hours out of your way!!! The photo of the building...IS the cache!!!
