This little HollywoodLand Wax Museum Thimble wants to travel to all the locations that all our favorite movies "take you to" when watching from your sofa or the theatre seats...
Think Casablanca, Gone With the Wind, and Last Tango in Paris, to name a few. Take me wherever you think a movie was filmed, be creative, be obscure, surprise me!
To get your wheels turning, in 2023, movies nominated for best picture of the year by the academy of motion picture arts and sciences included Top Gun: Maverick (San Diego, CA), Banshees of Inesherin (Ireland), Elvis (Memphis), and "Everything Everywhere all at Once" (anywhere!?). Take me there, snap a photo of the city you are in and mention the film that may have been filmed there.
No matter where you geocache, there is likely a famous film or television show shot there in that city, I can't wait to see all the travels this gets logged!
