As much as geocaching has taken me to interesting places, it has also allowed me to meet a variety of people...some fellow geocachers but not always. The one thing that is quite common when you're out geocaching is that you always run into dogs. Many geocachers have their dogs with them when they're on the hunt and I've seen them referred to as "geopups", "geopooches" or "geodogs".
We currently do not have a dog. We travel too much and it wouldn't be fair to the pooch. But we love dogs and we want to see yours! If you find and grab this coin, please send a picture of your dog, if you have one.
Please do not keep this coin unless you're going to move it around, gaining miles and pictures of other dogs. So many geocoins go out of circulation due to how cool they are and so many geocachers release proxies into the wild to avoid this but I know the feeling I get when I actually find one. I'm always tempted to keep it, especially if it is listed as "collectible" and have to remind myself that I need to drop it for others to find. Please respect this and move it around or release it.
A colorful coin that has an image of Signal and his geodog, Tracker, on the front and "Celebrate Community" on the back. I chose to celebrate the geodog community with this coin.

Unfortunately, we could not find this geocoin in this cache. We don’t have a dog either, but absolutely adore them! We were going to take pictures of our bernese mountain geogrand dog and a number of other geodog friends but sadly there’s no Geo coin.
