Signal the Ftog is a very social fellow. He doesn't really want to be locked away in a musty old geocache somewhere. He would prefer to hang out with geocachers. And he especially loves events, and wants to visit events all over the US and world and be discovered by lots of geocachers. Signal thinks it would be cool to change hands from geocacher to geocacher, but mostly at events.
