To bring smiles to everyone who thinks their broken
Oh Stubs...when I first said the name stubs I automatically thought of Happy Gilmore but this one takes on a little deeper meaning.
About 5 years ago my wife suffered a devastating accident by being kicked in the head by a horse suffering a TBI to the right side of her brain. I've watched her go through the ups and down of acceptance, emotions, relearning and regaining her confidence. Let's just say she's my real life super woman. I couldn't be more proud of her in the progress she's made throughout her journey and I try my best to make her feel more confident by reminding her that just because she had a set back doesn't mean she has to stop her dreams. Geocaching has helped so much with that. Stubs represents that just because he may be missing a piece of him doesn't mean he still can't enjoy his life. She is the light of my life and I hope Stubs gets to meet every type of person also and bring a smile to their face.
