Víte, co by bylo smutné? Kdyby existovala bezpečnostní skulina, která by náhodnému člověku umožnila aktivovat trackovatelný předmět jen na základě znalosti jeho trackovacího čísla. Skulina, díky níž by si mohl tento náhodný člověk vygenerovat aktivační kód a — ať už ze zvědavosti, nebo omylem — tak získat vlastnictví předmětu, který nevlastní a vlastnit nechce. Vlastnictví, které navíc nemůže nijak vrátit zpět a nebo předat dál.
PS: Velice se omlouvám. Opravdu jsem nechtěl. Měla to být neškodná zvědavost.
You know what would be sad? If there were a security loophole that allowed a random person to activate a trackable item using only its tracking number. A loophole through which this person could generate an activation code and — whether out of curiosity or by mistake — claim ownership of an item they do not possess and do not want to own. Ownership that they cannot undo or transfer to anyone else.
P.S.: I’m truly sorry. I really didn’t mean to. It was supposed to be harmless curiosity.
