To travel to Mavora Lakes on New Zealand's South Island, the earthly site of Fangorn Forest, visiting forest caches whenever possible and having my picture taken.

About This Item

Treebeard's natural camouflage

I am an Ent, a shepherd of the forest. I am happiest in forest caches, but I realize that I will sometimes have to leave the cover of the woods in order to complete my great voyage. Photos taken of me on my travels would be most welcome. Although my own motto is "Don't be hasty" my owners request that you not keep me longer than 3 weeks without their permission. My owners also suggest this route, although there are other possibilites: Air New Zealand from Los Angeles.
