Current Goal

Wandering Sailor wants to head out to sea and visit his old liberty ports in the Mediterranean or Far East. Until he finds a berth to get him overseas, he will be happy sailing or boating in caches along the way. When possible, he would like photos of the vessels and places of interest along the way.

Wandering Sailor

The Wandering Sailor retired from his nautical career several years ago but has missed some of the fine liberty ports he visited throughout the world. He wants to get back underway as a guest aboard a overseas vessel and be deposited in a overseas cache. Until he finds that guest berth, he will be happy to be near water caches and join you in your sailing or boating fun. The Wandering Sailor wishes you fair winds and following seas in your voyage in life.

I just found him in my bag - I thought I had dropped him. So sorry. At least he wasn't bulldozed with the cache! I am placing him in a New TB hotel and getting him on his way!

Our family of four found Wandering Sailor this afternoon on our way to Wymore, Nebraska. We will be going to Arkansas in about five days and plan to take it to the Ozark mountains and find a cache to hide it in. It's not the open sea, but Wandering Sailor will have beautiful mountains for a time. Best wishes.

Poor guy has been drydocked here in our cache since August! We are moving him to SE Nebraska this weekend. Either to Iron Horse Cache GCQFK1 or perhaps create a new cache in the area. Will post Sunday night or Monday whats up!
