W.O.W. Canoe Heads into the wilds!

This little canoe is labeled W.O.W. for our four-woman kayaking group. W.O.W. originally meant "Women on the Water." But, that is a rather tame name, so we have made some changes to the name. We are... AKA Wildly Outrageous Women... AKA Women on Wine... AKA Watchful of Waterfowl... AKA Watch Over Wilderness... AKA Wings Over Water... AKA Wild Oars Whisking... AKA With Or WIthout... AKA Wholesome Or Wicked... AKA Where Or When... AKA Who Or Why... AKA Wings, Oars, Water----oh, heck, Who Oar We?! So, we named our little canoe "W.O.W!"

Left this little canoe by a pretty lake. One of the 10,000 in MN. Also had a visit on the shores of the frozen Missouri River in ND last winter.

Picked this one up as I was returning home from Texas to North Dakota on a Sports Tour bus. This canoe will travel through Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and North Dakota and maybe go ice fishing on a river soon.
