About This Item

The Heat's On #2

The original mission was to be pictured along side national monuments and wild and scenic rivers. Heat's On #2 is a replica of a Water Tanker that provides water to wildfire fighters on our public lands. Originally it was placed at the Meadowood Special Recreation Management Area in Lorton, Virginia with it's partner BLM Heats On #1. Heats On #1, a replica of a BLM Fire Truck, disappeared the first day in the cache, and hasn't been heard from since. It would be a pleasure to see Heat's On #2 visit Toddler's Travel Bug Depot in Yuma, AZ, and visit as many other caches on it's way down.
