Meet WILLIE the companion lead dog for General George S. Patton! Willie is starting his Geocaching experience in the famous Trojan Traveler V - General Patton cache located within the original training grounds of nearly one million U.S. Army soldiers. Please take WILLIE with you and move him along as he does not like to be in any one spot too long ... let's show WILLIE a FUN time and he will help you in your tracking of caches througout the world

Willie hitched a ride to Texas with us. It appears that through his travels his dog tag has aquired a small scratch over the 6 that cause some to take it for an 8. Odd. Other than that, he is holding up pretty good. Tomorrow he will visit the area around Austin and maybe he can hitch a ride up through Ft Hood on his way out of Texas.

We don't travel with a dog as many RVers do but we do enjoy taking Willie's kind of canine on a little ride.

This guy is hidind in a cache near the Sioux River by Klondike, IA. He is in fine condition. Left him there for the next person to enjoy.
