Current Goal

To travel far and wide.

I started in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and was competing against The Hitman who disappeared under mysterious circumstances and was replaced by Hitman 2 (who started in Seattle, Washington, USA and was trying to get to Calgary) to see who can get back to their home city while scoring the most goals along the way.

Every cache a travel bug visited during the competition counted as a goal. Both travel bugs made it to their home city and the final score was about 121-42 for the Hitman/Hitman 2. (Ouch!) Although, like pond hockey, one can never be sure of the score when there's this many goals!

Now that the game is over both bugs are content to travel the world promoting the great game of hockey.

About This Item

Cool Bird vs. The Hitman

Cool Bird is named after the mascot for the Seattle Thunderbirds, an amateur league hockey team in the Western Hockey League (WHL).

The Hitman, Cool Bird's opponent, is named after the Calgary Hitmen, another team in the same league.
