East Coast Charlie is in a race. He trying to get to the East Coast before his twin brother West Coast Charlie gets to the West Coast. His paws are small but his heart is strong like tiger.
EC Charlie (#485122) and WC Charlie (#485130) are Bengal Tigers, they are twin brothers. In order to win the race a picture must be posted showing Charlie right on the coast near some identifiable marker with the ocean being visible. Charlie must then bring a small capsule or vial of beachsand from the coast and return with it to the home cave in Michigan. May the best tiger win !

I found Charlie the Bengal Tiger in Windsor-Essex. He has a full container of sand, apparently from two different sources. I was able to take him to the Dogway Drop in Michigan. It is a happy day when a travel bug is able to attain its goal. It took East Coast Charlie under a year and a half to make it to the east coast and back. Hurray! Now, if only West Coast Charlie would turn up somewhere.

I got to see EC Charlie again at the event today, he's been on the road for 2 years. What a great reunion. Another cacher has kindly agreed to help him get back to Michigan. EC Charlie is headed home !!
