Current Goal

This P-38 Lightning would like to break free and complete a trip around the world within two years. The route is not important, only that it complete its journey. Photos taken along the route would be appreciated. I'll post exact landing instructions for a safe return in Central Texas at a later date.

A distinguished warbird from a byegone era, this P-38 would like to bring to peace to all individuals it accompanies and all locations it visits. Its mission is not one of war, but of friendship. If it's lucky, maybe it'll run into an old "Lightning Jock" and some old tales may be told. Keep this relic well maintained and she'll take care of you.
