Thanks for this GC. I'll bring it with me to Ireland later this week and try to find a cache to put it in. Favourite BBQ recipe: Aspicy peanut satay sauce that goes weill with both pork and chicken.
- 8 thai chalots, finely cut
- 8 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely cut
- 4 chilis
- 1 ts fresh ginger, finely cut
- 250 gr peanutbutter
- 4 dl coco-milk
- 1 ts soysauce
- 60 gr sugar
- 3 ts fish-sauce
- 1 kaffir lime leave
- 4 ts lime-juice
Heat some oil and fry the onion, chili and ginger for 5 mins. Add peanutbutter, coco-milk, soysauce, sugar, fish-sauce, kaffir lime leave and the lime-juice. Let simmer for 10 minutes. Take out the kaffir lime leave before serving.
