Very sorry it took so long for me to put Percy on his way. I was deployed for quite a while he decided to visit me way out here in order to see a bit more of the world. His little wheels took a while to make it....

Found Percy in a most un-trainlike area. Since we're not going to Sodor anytime soon, we'll have to improvise something to send him on his way.

My son absolutely adores Thomas the train engine and as soon as he saw this in the cache he lit up and screamed "Percy".
