Current Goal

Staff Incentive TB now realsies his original mission was far to complex (trying to visit every ALMO in Britain), so he has simplified his quest, he now wants to travel far and wide inspiring staff to ‘give their all’ wherever he goes. He would especially like to visit caches connected with housing in one way or other i.e. urban caches, caches associated with famous homes, etc.

Staff Incentive TB - Is a key-ring given to all members of staff in September 2005 (in recognition of their work in achieving Audit Commission two star status) by Sandwell Homes the Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up by Sandwell MBC to manage its housing stock. His mission is to visit employer’s across the country and inspire their staff before eventually returning home to Sandwell to celebrate achieving the Decent Homes standard for all its homes in 2010.

Warning - Staff Incentive is a heavy little chap and if you hang onto him to long he will quickly wear a hole in your pocket! As always photos of his travels are appreciated.
