Current Goal

I come from a fun and educational school so I'd like to go to places that are fun and/or educational. I'd like to visit other schools. Disneyland would also be cool. Please post pictures so the students at Touchstone Community School can track my progress.

About This Item

The Touchstone Travel Bug was released by students in the Geocaching SWAP (school-wide activity period) in April 2006. Touchstone Community School is an independent, progressive elementary/middle school located in Grafton, Mass. It is dedicated to educating the whole child, and geocaching is a great way to learn and have fun!

  • Touchstone TB drop on CANADA DAY This is kayakgeokid with the TB at the cache site on July 1st. CANADA DAY! Many class field trips frequent this Conservation area so I felt it a good place to drop the TB.

Thought this was the perfect place to drop off the Touchstone TB: a park is the best place for children of all ages to enjoy the great outdoors!

  • Touchstone Meets G Ross Park Touchstone was my very first TB: found it when geocaching with kurat and was fortunate enough to get the TB passed on to me. Wanted to place the TB in a place where kids can have fun and thought the park was the perfect spot.

Yoink! No teaching during the summer, so it was easy to grab a few minutes from doing research to stretch the legs and go caching. Found this TB, enjoyed the story and passed along the TB to a newcomer to this wonderful sport. Thanks... no camera, so no pictures... sorry. -- Team Kurat
