This little redhed wants to travel wherever she can since her owner, RedhedMary, can't go everywhere she wants on her own! Would love to see pictures posted of RHM in the logs. Duplicate tag (with RHM in "new travel clothes") released July 2008. 2nd duplicate, with a new RHM, released May 2013. 3rd duplicate released July 2015. 4th edition - ballerina doll - last seen July 2019 in California.
New edition - a laminated picture of RedhedMary. 5th time out - RHM has been many wonderful places, would like the journey to continue.
New edition - July 2024, 6th time out. Laminated picture of the original travel bug!
It was really neat to follow the original RHM in her travels around the globe, and really sad when she was lost. A 2nd RHM was released with the duplicate tag and made it to New Zealand before becoming lost. Third edition was lost as well.
The 4th edition - a redheaded ballerina doll. Hoping to get more miles on it as well as many new places!
5th edition June 2021 - laminated picture of RHM herself
6th edition July 2024 - laminated picture of the original travel bug
7th edition July 2025 - While I like the idea of "living" this close to bash, I rather doubt that "my" travel bug is still there a year later....Retrieving so that I can get it moving again. Last seen in the Midwest Travel Bug Motel just outside of the Fulton County Fairgrounds, where MWGB is held.
