About This Item

The two Canadian geocoins on the plaque.

In this update to the original Canadian geocoin which was was the first commercially available, trackable, geocoin. Note that the first coin was only trackable on an independent web site. 

This edition comes is a geocoin that can be tracked on the Geocaching.com site. This is a quality piece, with nickel plating on a solid brass core, and a nice epoxy coating. This is one of the first set that was produced. There was two more sets produced in 2007 and 2013. The coin is no longer available. 

MrGigabyte is the geocacher behind both the original Geocache.com non-trackable first Canadian geocoin and this tracakble version. www.geocoins.ca
