I found the Barbwire Cache today; the Native American coin was not in the cache. I went through everything in it, and there was nothing remotely like a geocoin in the cache, nor did I see anything on the ground in the area around the cache. I suspect a thief took it. Droo dropped it in the cache on February 28; the very next log was more than two months later, on May 5 by C A Royal Flush, who reported that no coin was in it. Flush is not likely to have kept the coin; he moves them along quickly when he picks them up. Have to assume that someone in the area trolls for geocoins, and never logs them 😟
Wish I had better news, but the overwhelming odds are that this geocoin is gone for good 👎 About the only thing to do is take it back into your inventory, so that it doesn't show up on this cache listing, and give it a decent burial. Maybe it'll turn up later; it does happen.
