I have lost my gold (#TBWZ22)! Please help me find it. I think it is trying to get back home to the Black Hills of South Dakota where I first dug it out of the hills.
Grubby Miner was a class project at the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology. In December, 1993, my class cut roughly 30 of these as we learned about computer-numeric-controlled manufacturing techniques. The line-art image of the school mascot, Grubby Miner, was scanned into Autocad and exported to CNC machining software.
