The Bear Hugs coin was made for two events. One held in Minnesota on August 4th 2007 as Centris was beginning her trip to her new home. The other event was held in Wyoming on August 11th, 2007 after she arrived. The coins were given to those who attended either event.
The theme of the events was "Make new friends, but keep the old, one is silver and the other gold."
About this coin....
- The gold colored coins are numbered 1-50 and were given to Minnesota cachers to symbolize old friends.
- The silver colored coins are numbered 1-50 and were given to Wyoming cachers to symbolize new friends.
- The black colored coins are numbered 1-20 and were Centris' personal edition.
