Petanosushi - ぺーターの寿司

Reise nach Tokyo in Japan. Dort und auf dem Weg dorthin gehe in so viele Sushi Restaurants wie möglich und schicke Bilder. 

Dein Ziel ist es Bilder von dir bei Sukiyabashi Jiro in der Ginza und bei Takashis Sushi Restaurant in Roppongi zu schicken. 

Dann reise weiter um die Welt auf der Suche nach neuen Sushi Abenteuern und poste Bilder.

Go to Japan and travel to Tokyo. On your way visit as many sushi bars and restaurants as you can and send pictures.

Your final destinations are Sukiyabashi Jiro in the Ginza and Takashi’s restaurant at Roppongi - SEND PICTURES when you are there.

Afterwards travel on looking for new sushi adventures around the world - SEND PICTURES!

ぺーターの寿司 (Petanosushi) heißt auf deutsch "Peter's Sushi". Sushi ist meine große Leidenschaft und ich verbringe viel Zeit mit der Suche nach neuen Ideen für Sushi und damit meine eigenen Techniken zu verfeinern. Mein größter Wunsch wäre es einmal nach Tokyo zu fliegen und im Sukiyabashi Jiro in der Ginza oder wenigstens bei Jiro's Sohn Takashi in Roppongi Sushiessen zu gehen. Da das aber nicht so einfach ist, schicke ich meine TB los, um möglichst viel über Sushi in der Welt zu erfahren und schließlich wenigstens mal vor dem Restaurant in der Ginza zu stehen.

ぺーターの寿司 (Petanosushi) means "Peter's sushi". I'm obsessed with sushi and I spend a lot of time looking for new sushi recipes and improving my own skills in preparing sushi. I dream of going to Tokyo and  eating sushi at Sukiyabashi Jiro in the Ginza or at least at Takashi's restaurant at Roppongi. As it is difficult to get there I send my TB to go there for me. Or at least to reach the entrance and send photos.
