This is the fourth bug to use this number, please look after little Sabot. It just wants to travel and stay safe whilst doing so!
A simple mission? Well I hope so... lets hope 'SABOT' doesn't need to be thrown into the 'works' of caching.
Please take care of this little shoe, and fingers crossed for a long and happy life out there.
Photos of this little shoe's adventures would be wonderful too.
If any of the other trackales with this number are ever found and a miracle happens, just let me know please.
If taken to events plase ensure it is logged both in and out correctly as several bugs have gone to meets and then have vanished, thanks.
As the Phoenix rose from the ashes, this pretty SABOT is the fourth use of the trackable number....
The first one a spark plug was stolen, but Bexman kindly returned the dog tag, thanks.
Number two was Betty Blue a wooden blue bird. This was retrieved soon after it was re-released and well... she 'lost it'.....
What more can a Wench say? Well plenty actually but don't get me started!
This tiny SABOT is made in the traditional wood and would like a chance to travel, and hopefully SABOT will have no reason to sabotage any caches it visits!
A SABOT is a clog from France. They were worn between the 16th and 19th centuries.
SABOT derived from sabot- sabotage. This described the actions of disgruntled workers who willfully damaged machinery by throwing 'sabots' into the works!
Another meaning was that SABOT wearing workers were simply less productive, roughly equating the term 'sabotage with inefficiency' !!!
Seing the trackable's past history I think this is quite appropriate.....
SABOT is made of plain wood and is about 6 cms long. Attached to the replica dog tag and chain is a small keyring explaining the simple mission. Good luck little 'SABOT', stay safe and travel far, WW
