"Reap the Wild Wind's" goal is mainly just to travel far & wide, but if you happen to be at or near a windmill (either the "Dutch" kind or the "American Frontier" kind), take a picture! :-)
(Be sure to hide the tracking code when taking any pics with the trackable).
(Also, please don't "collect" this trackable, as that will take it out of circulation and spoil the fun. PLEASE do not take this travel bug unless you'll faithfully log it and take it to another cache. I can't tell you how many trackables I've released which have gone missing or stagnant, often after just being in one cache. Please respect the purpose of travel bugs / trackables. Thank you).
Continuing my theme of naming most of my trackables after songs, "Reap the Wild Wind" is a 1982 song by the British band Ultravox, from their "Quartet" album. Although the song reached #12 in the U.K. and #10 in Ireland, it only reached #69 in Australia and #71 on the U.S. charts. (The album itself fared a little better in the U.S., reaching #61 on the charts). Written by band members Warren Cann, Criss Cross, Billy Currie and frontman/vocalist Midge Ure, the song was produced by legendary producer George Martin ("the 5th Beatle"). Not as successful as their 1981 single, "Vienna," the song nevertheless became one of Ultravox's most popular songs.
("Reap the Wild Wind" was also the name of a 1942 film starring John Wayne, Ray Milland & Paulette Goddard and directed by Cecil B. DeMille).
