Memories of Kauai

One year ago today, on my birthday, I was on the Island of Kauai. This beautiful "Garden Isle" is my alltime favorite relaxation getaway. This geocoin is being dedicated to those memories. Please take good care of it and see to it that it keeps moving from cache to cache and stays out of trouble.

This limited version of the Hawai'i Geohana is restricted to Island dwellers and not available for purchase to addresses outside the Hawaiian Islands. I'd appreciate it only being placed in Premium cache sites.

I gave this to my husband, Noah, to place in a cache in arizona. He dropped it along the way. I have twice contacted the person who found it, created a geocaching account and logged it. I hope it turns up. It sure is a beauty.

While playing disc golf at selah ranch in Talco,Tx I picked up this coin in the sand by the famous island hole.I had heard of geocaching before but never got into it. This coin may start my adventure;)

Going on vacation this week and heading off our island home. You would be surprised how many people here on Nantucket have lived in Hawaii. Must be an island thing. Still, visiting islands on both sides of the US isn't bad either!
