Eureka, it has been found!!! I unearthed this gem from a box as I've been sorting through about 580. I will take this on a trip and put it back in circulation.

Sad news to report. I gave this TB to a fellow cacher who has now reported it long term misplaced. There was a plumbing accident which resulted in an emergency pack up of all possessions. The TB is assumed to be somewhere in a stack of 300 boxes. :(
