Found this one after a long, but very nice walk from 16km. During this multi cache we found 7 other traditionnals. To celebrate this cache and the 500sth find of a friend we drunk a beer on a terrace nearby, but we were frequently destroyed by sirenes of the fire brigade. This mornig in the newspapers, more than 1000 hectare destroyed by fire.
I fully hope that these not concernsthe GC we have found and the TB's or Coins we have left there
Op de Hoge Venen is zowat 1.000 hectare grond verteerd door een grote brand, die maandagnamiddag uitbrak. Zowat 300 brandweermannen hebben de hele nacht het vuur bestreden. "Het vuur breidt niet meer uit, maar we zullen nog verschillende dagen moeten nablussen", aldus brandweercommandant Vincent Bastin van de brandweer van Verviers. Een helikopter van de federale politie, die 800 liter water in enkele seconden kan lossen, wordt vandaag opnieuw ingezet.
