Current Goal

Travel to one of the caches owned by mr.Bean (Het Vorstengraf / Louis Braille / The Wizard near Oss / mr.Beans Verloren Schat). These four caches are located near Oss (Noord Brabant). It is not allowed that this travel bug stays in TB hotels or that it passes the Dutch borders.

About This Item

TB "Martijn"

De TB "Martijn" is van mijn oudste zoon en draagt dus ook zijn naam.

Op 2 januari 2005 is deze TB gestart op zijn reis door Nederland. Het doel was om in een cache op Texel terecht te komen zodat we hem daar tijdens onze vakantie (in juni)konden ontmoeten. Enkele weken voordat we op Texel op vakantie gingen was de TB in de cache "Zeehond" opgedoken. Nog voordat iemand de TB in veilgheid kon brengen was hij alweer gevlogen.

Doordat de ontmoeting op Texel mis was gelopen, hebben we een tweede poging gedaan om de TB tijdens onze zomervakantie in Petten te laten ariveren.

Het verhaal is bekend, wij zijn weer thuis en de TB was helaas te laat.

Het is nu zaak om weer naar huis te komen zodat we de TB een volgende vakantie kunnen droppen.

I've picked up many trackables in my time as a geocacher, but I don't know when I've found a CUTER one than this! :-) Not sure what the goal is now for this TB since it obviously left the Dutch shores and is here in the States, but I'll gladly take it along for more miles and smiles, then send it on its way!
